The subject of this contract is: ‘Printing and delivery of food vouchers for workers/employees of the Vratsa Railway Section working in the Karlukovo quarry and entitled to free food under Article 285(1) and (2) of the Labour Code in conjunction with Regulation No 11 of 21 December 2005 laying down the conditions and procedure for the provision of free food and/or food supplements.’ The provision of food vouchers worth BGN 3 (three) for each day worked to workers in the railway quarry Karlukovo was introduced as an obligation of the employer in Article 64(1)(2) of the Labour Code 2024, signed on 27 May 2024. The grounds for granting the vouchers are in accordance with Article 285 of the Labour Code, according to which the employer provides the employees with free food and/or food supplements. The terms and conditions under which they are insured are laid down in Regulation No 11/2005, issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Health. The costs of providing free food and/or supplements to it under this Ordinance shall be provided by means of a subsidy. The order includes printing and delivery of food vouchers for a 3 / three / year period upon preliminary monthly request by the Contracting Authority, based on a delivery contract with the selected contractor. The implementation of the subject of the contract should fully comply with the requirements of Ordinance No 7 of 09.07.2003 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance.
