Description

The contract takes a mixed form, i.e. it is concluded with a single economic operator in the form of: - an "ordinary" market for initialization, framing and monitoring as well as market management. These services shall be paid for by applying a fixed price established for each year of performance of the contract, the wording of which shall appear in the act of commitment. - and a framework agreement with order forms issued, without prior negotiation or reopening of competition, when the need arises for the performance of services contained in the BPU incorporating the following elements: o support for the study and graphic design and navigation methods on restitution projects: collection of user needs, wireframes, page zoning, etc.; o support for the implementation of: creation and modification of models, graphic elements. These services will be paid for by applying flat-rate unit prices expressed in work units to the quantities actually carried out. The part of the contract with purchase orders shall be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 400 000 excluding VAT for the duration of the contract (including renewals). This amount does not include the amount of the services covered by the ordinary part of the contract referred to above.
