The subject-matter of the public contract is the production of software for recording and managing the equipment and armament warehouse of the Municipal Police of Prague (hereinafter referred to as “MP HMP”) according to the requirements of the contracting authority, the transfer of all copyrights and the transfer of exclusive licences to the contracting authority, as further specified in the annexes to the tender documentation.
