The City of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for expert and advisory services for real estate transactions. The aim is to acquire deep and wide-ranging theoretical and practical expertise for different types of real estate transactions for the use of the City of Espoo's Premises Services business unit. The procurement consists of two (2) areas: 1. Real estate advisory service 2. Financial, tax and administrative expert services related to real estate The procurement has been implemented as a framework agreement in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts. Sub-topic 1. Five (5) service providers are selected for the "real estate advisory service". Sub-topic 2.
