Description

The tender includes the cleaning of the exterior glass surfaces and facade elements of an administrative building of the VBG Haupterwaltung (Hamburg-Barmbek) with industrial or facade climber, Massaquoipassage 1 in 22305 Hamburg for 24 months from 01.02.2025 with a one-time extension option for a further 24 months from 01.02.2027. There should be 3 full cleanings per year, i.e. one in spring, one in summer and one in autumn. The total glass area including frame is approx. 5,042 m2. - glass outer surfaces of the perforated windows (bounce windows and the middle window sash). - Glass exterior surfaces of the post-bar facades In the area of ground floor use retail, gastronomy, side entrances and the main entrance. The surfaces to be cleaned are exterior glass surfaces from the EG-14.OG, cleaning the VBG logos. Cleaning of the light strip with logos on the ground floor, cleaning of the undercuts, cleaning of the aluminium elements in the door area for the garbage elevator and ventilation grilles, cleaning of all surfaces of the roof structures, repair work on the facade. The basis for the billing and the surfaces specified here, both for the glass surface cleaning and the frame cleaning, is the window surface, calculated from the clear construction width from plaster edge to plaster edge.
