Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 1-16 sowie 53-56 HOAI 2013 (Leistungsphase 1-9, Leistungsphase 5-9 reduziert bei Vergabe des Bauauftrages an einen Generalunternehmer)
1. Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen,
2. Wärmeversorgungsanlagen,
3. Lufttechnische Anlagen,
4. Gebäudeautomation.
Die Leistungen werden stufenweise in Bauabschnitten beauftragt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt zunächst für Leistungsphase 1-2 für alle Bauabschnitte (1-4). Ab Leistungsphase 3 wird der Bauabschnitt 1 stufenweise weiter beauftragt.
Ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung der Bauabschnitte 2-4 besteht nicht.
