Description

Loire-Atlantique développement SPL intervient en tant que mandataire de SAINT-NAZAIRE AGGLOMERATION pour réaliser la restructuration et l'extension du centre technique d'exploitation des bus de la STRAN. Il s'agit d'un marché alloti composé de 23 lots. La présente consultation concerne les lots 1 à 5, 8 et 10 à 23. Les lots 6,7 et 9 font l'objet d'une consultation en procédure adaptée (art. R. 2123-1 2° CCP). Certains lots de la présente consultation sont découpés en tranches (lots 2 et 4). En application des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires, pourra être confié au titulaire du marché. Les conditions de mise en oeuvre sont indiquées dans le CCAP
