Description

Loire-Atlantique Développement SPL acts as an agent of SAINT-NAZAIRE AGGLOMERATION to carry out the restructuring and extension of the STRAN bus operating technical centre. This is an alloti contract consisting of 23 lots. This consultation concerns lots 1 to 5, 8 and 10 to 23. Lots 6, 7 and 9 are subject to consultation in an adapted procedure (Article R. 2123-1 2° CCP). Some lots in this consultation are sliced (lots 2 and 4). Pursuant to Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Order Code, one or more new contracts for similar services may be awarded to the contractor.
