Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Installation and commissioning at the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport in Szymany of the remote airport tower of the AFIS (II) flight information service. This involves launching the Visual Surveillance Centre (RTC) in the premises of the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport Passenger Terminal by installing a ‘video wall’ – integrated monitors and two CWP stations to secure the display of views from stationary cameras and PTZ cameras, control PTZ, display data overlays and control important system functions. The installation of cameras provides a view of the airport area (including places previously invisible by the AFIS Informer) along with observation of approach zones in directions 01 and 19. Full integration and configuration of the system, taking into account the work tools used so far (including take-aways: AWOS, alarm button, telephones, radios, ILS/DME work control panel, D_VOR work control panel, sound recording, light panel, etc.). 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the specifications. 3. The implementation of the subject-matter of the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the regional programme for 2021-2027 ‘European Funds for Warmia and Mazury’, grant agreement No FEWM.04.03-12.00-0001/24-00 for preparation for the implementation of the strategic project entitled: “CAWOK – safety in the RESA area. Innovative AFIS Remote Tower System’ under Priority 04 Regional Mobility Action 04.03 Air Traffic Management of the Regional Programme 2021-2027 ‘European Funds for Warmia and Mazury’.
