Description

The tender concerns Kristianstad Municipality and the companies within Kristianstad Municipality’s procurement, biogas cars of a total of approximately 110 new vehicles. The duration of the contract is 3 years, with the possibility of an extension of 1 years. The contract also covers service contracts for these vehicles for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase of each car, with a view to financing the leasing of the vehicles. Leasing agreements are procured centrally in the municipality. Future suppliers of vehicles shall accept the financing solution proposed by Kristianstad Municipality. All the cars requested must comply with the environmental vehicle definition set out in the technical file. The acquisition shall be subject to a repurchase price guaranteed by the tenderer after 3 years from the date of delivery and/or 6 000 km of mileage. In accordance with the procurement policy in force in Kristianstad Municipality, the other authorities of the municipality of Kristianstad may also use cars under this call for tenders. The Municipality of Kristianstad will not be able to guarantee any purchase volumes in the contract.
