Description

Die Stadt Cottbus beabsichtigt im Zuge des Modellprojekts Smart Cities den Ausbau der Geodateninfrastruktur der Stadt Cottbus (GDI-CB). Aus dem jetzigen Geodateninfrastrukturknoten soll ein Open Data Portal mit vielen verschiedenen Funktionen und Anwendungen werden. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil ist der Aufbau eines digitalen, objektbasierten, homogenen und standardisierten 3D-Stadtmodells. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung der Softwarekomponenten sowie die Konfiguration und Einrichtung der Systeme sowie die Erstellung des 3D-Stadtmodells geplant
