The subject of this consultation is the supply of eco-responsible cleaning and hygiene products, cleaning materials and accessories, brushes and bags for the services of the Métropole de Lyon and the members of the Centrale d'Achat The need put out to competition is the subject of two lots: Lot 1: Eco-responsible cleaning and hygiene products, cleaning materials and accessories Lot 2: In accordance with Articles L2113-12 to L2113-14 and L2313-6 of the CCP, Lot 2 is a reserved contract: - To adapted enterprises mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, to establishments and services providing support through work mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code as well as to equivalent structures (Article L2113-12 of the CCP), - To the structures of integration through economic activity mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labour Code and to equivalent structures, (Article L2113-13 of the CCP)
