Předmětem plnění je dodávka nákladních a užitkových vozidel pro Správu hřbitovů města Brna, příspěvkovou organizaci. Zadavatel rozdělil veřejnou zakázku ve smyslu § 35 a § 101 zákona na části: Část 1 – Nákladní automobil s kontejnerovou nástavbou a kontejnerem Část 2 – Elektrické užitkové nákladní automobily N1 nebo SS Část 3 – Malý elektrický automobil L6e – L7e Každá část veřejné zakázky je zcela samostatným předmětem postupu zadavatele v zadávacím řízení. Dodavatel je oprávněn podat nabídku na jednu, několik nebo na všechny části veřejné zakázky. Pokud zadávací dokumentace nestanoví jinak, platí jednotlivá ustanovení zadávací dokumentace pro každou část veřejné zakázky.
