Het doel van deze openbare Aanbesteding van Facilitaire Samenwerking Bevolkingsonderzoeken in coöperatief verband met uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid (U.A.), hierna FSB, is het contracteren van één Deelnemer voor het verzorgen van een Managed Ethernet Service.
