The contracting authority shall prepare the second interim report within a period not exceeding 50 working days. STAGE III – SUBMISSION OF FINAL TENDERS – submission of final tenders by candidates following the dialogue phase; - evaluation of the tenders submitted by applying the award criterion and the evaluation factors; - the possible negotiation with the candidate whose final offer has been designated as presenting the best value for money following the application of the evaluation factors in accordance with Article 93(2) of the Law. The contracting authority shall prepare the report of the procedure within a period not exceeding 100 working days.
