Description

The subject of the contract includes the ongoing maintenance of road lighting networks and devices owned by the TAURON Nowe Technologie network company in the municipality of Polkowice and lighting owned by the municipality of Polkowice, but connected to the network owned by Tauron Nowe Technologie. Legal basis: Article 7 para. 1 point 2) and 14) of the Municipal Self-Government Act of 8 March 1990 (Journal of Laws 2024.1465, as amended) in conjunction with Article 18(1)(b) and (c) of the Act on Municipal Self-Government. 1 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2024.266, as amended). Under this contract, the Contractor will be obliged to maintain and take action in exceptional situations for the maintenance of networks and lighting devices for roads, streets and land in the municipality of Polkowice. The lighting device, in the case of this contract, is an assembly of elements consisting of a light source (including LED panels) mounted in the luminaire together with the luminaire, the supporting structure on which the luminaire is mounted, the supply lines located in/accompanying the supporting structure, the supply line from the control cabinet to the pole, the lighting cabinet and the power supply connection to the control cabinet together with all other elements necessary for the proper functioning of the lighting devices (control clocks, chokes, igniters, power supplies, fuses, etc.). The detailed scope of works and the range of streets, including the number of poles, are described in the draft contract and its annexes 1 and 2.
