Trade: Internal plastering work
GESOBAU AG is carrying out several new building projects for rented housing in the coming years. The new construction projects are located in the urban area of Berlin, mainly in the districts of Reinickendorf, Pankow, Marzahn – Hellersdorf and centre.
Planning is carried out by a master planner per object. The construction of the objects is planned by means of individual works.

The services and unit prices of this framework contract are intended to form the basis for carrying out indoor plastering work in the apartments, stairwells, basement and other auxiliary rooms of the new building projects.
The exact scope of the services will be announced by the AG for each new construction project.
