Description

European open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 10 (allotment), 33, 57 to 59 (open invitation to tender) and 77-I (order forms) of the Public Procurement Code.
The consultation is divided into 3 lots.
the contract is concluded for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of its notification to the contractor, expressly renewable 3 times for the same duration, up to a maximum of 4 years (48 months).
2 months before the anniversary date of the contract, the contracting authority will inform the contractor, by registered letter receipt, of its decision whether or not to renew the contract.
In the event of renewal, the Contractor may not refuse it.
In the event of non-renewal, the Contractor shall remain engaged until the end of the current period.
For Lots 1, 2 and 3, the time limit for completion of orders and any other elements essential for their execution shall be set out in the order forms; they will set the contractor’s response time, the deadline for completion of the works, including the deadlines for the preparation period and for the dismantling of the installations.
