The subject of the contract covers the collection and management of municipal waste generated in the Municipality of Kęta, coming from the owners of single-family buildings and from the owners of multi-apartment buildings (blocks), in the following scope: 1) collection and transport to the installation of Agencja Komunalna Sp. z o. o. located at: 32-620 Brzeszcze, ul. Border 48: a) mixed (unsorted) municipal waste from single-family buildings, and from multi-room buildings (blocks) from the area of the Municipality of Kęty, b) bio-waste (20 01 08), c) municipal waste collected separately (plastics, metal, multi-material packaging). 2) collection and transport to the composting plant located at the municipal waste landfill in Kęty at ul. Kęckie South Mountains: green waste (20 02 01) 3) collection, transport and management: a) municipal waste collected separately collected in bags excluding from municipal waste management plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, b) municipal waste collected separately in "IGLOO" containers owned by the Municipality of Kęty excluding from municipal waste management plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, c) used tyres from passenger vehicles, d) bulky waste, chemicals and waste electrical and electronic equipment, 4) removal from places not intended for their storage and storage ("wild dumps") of municipal waste, 5) substitution of containers for green waste, its emptying and export to a composting plant located at the municipal waste landfill in Kęty at ul.
