Description

1. DETERMINATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: 1.1. The subject of the contract is the organization of an informational, educational and promotional stand of the Ministry of Health during 1 to a maximum of 20 meetings / events, for the prevention of cancer and shaping pro-health attitudes as part of the social campaign Plan Long Life (PDŻ), run by the Minister of Health, operated by the Ministry of Health, implemented under the multi-annual program under the name of the National Oncology Strategy for 2020-2030. These activities are addressed to the general public. 1.2. The framework agreement must be implemented in accordance with the requirements set out in the FTZ, the draft provisions of the framework agreement (hereinafter: PPUR) and other tender documentation, in particular in the Description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ or OPZ), which are annexes to the FTZ. 1.3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract was created in order to enable the Contractors to submit a properly priced reference offer. The figures are indicative and may be amended in enforcement proceedings. In addition, the scope of the service specified specifies the maximum requirements of the Ordering Party, which may be limited and specified each time in the invitation to submit executive tenders.
