Description

This is a relaunch of consultation following the abandonment of the initial procedure. The services consist in involving a technical inspection office pursuant to Article L111-23 of the Construction and Housing Code in order to contribute to the prevention of the various technical hazards that may be encountered in the construction of the works, in particular on the strength of the work and the safety of people. The services may relate to building or civil engineering works. Place of performance of the services: throughout the territory of the Cotentin Agglomeration Community. For Lot 1, the contract is a framework agreement with single-awarded order forms. For Lot 2, the contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement for subsequent contracts, concluded with 3 companies, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders.
