This consultation concerns: PREVENTIVE AND CURATIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE PLAY AREA OF THE COMMUNE DE MELUN 2025-2029. The contract includes preventive, curative and integral maintenance of the playgrounds present in the territory of the municipality of Melun. Preventive maintenance shall include: The carrying out of preventive maintenance work and the implementation of gaming standards for the duration of the framework agreement. The maintenance of playground floors of any kind. Maintenance and upkeep of all information concerning collective playgrounds, e.g.: signs, etc. An indicative list of equipment for collective playgrounds, play structures and floors is provided in an annex to the WFD. Full maintenance includes: Execution of full maintenance work and enforcement of gaming standards for the duration of the framework agreement. High pressure cleaning to dislodge impurities and revive the original colors of synthetic games and floors. The in-depth cleaning service will be carried out with a high-pressure cleaner set at 120bar on the entire surface of the playground and equipment. The treatment of wood and metal surfaces to be carried out taking into account the manufacturer's instructions. This operation makes it possible to increase the longevity of the materials constituting the collective playgrounds.
