Description

Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Sanierung, energetische Ertüchtigung sowie gestalterische und bauhistorische Optimierung des ehemaligen Karmeliterklosters in Boppard, welches heute als Stadtverwaltung genutzt wird (folgend auch Karmeliter- oder Verwaltungsgebäude genannt). Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz und befindet sich im Kerngebiet der Stadt Boppard. Im Norden schließt eine Kirche an. Auf der Ostseite verläuft parallel zum Gebäude die Karmeliterstraße. Auf der Südseite schließt unmittelbar die Zufahrt für das nebenliegende Parkhaus "Karmeliterstraße" an.
