WORKING MAITRISE MARKET ON THE RESTRUCTURATION AND EXTENSION OF NUCLEAR MEDICINE IN THE CHU DE GUYANE - CAYENNE SITE
Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. The project foresees the restructuring of the E building and the partial restructuring of the F building, in order to deploy the new nuclear medicine service planned on the low ground floor between the E and F buildings. Extensions are envisaged in the existing patios and on the west facade. Nuclear medicine is a medical specialty that uses radioactive substances (called radiotracers). These tracers, injected into patients, emit radiation detected by specialized imaging devices. The construction of such a service involves issues in terms of flows (hot area - injected and cold patients - visitors, unexposed caregivers), air treatment (temperature/humidity/separation of flows depending on the premises), fluids with networks for collecting radioactive e??ents totally separated from the conventional wastewater network. The service will consist of: - A PET sector with 2 PET equipments; - A scan area with a gamma camera. Beyond the building project, the institution wishes to integrate a strong organisational dimension, in line with its medical project, and in particular: - The search for a homogeneous global organisation, integrating the potential evolutions of e?ectives, reception capacities and means; - Standardisation of technical units and trays, in order to guarantee the flexibility and scalability of the building over time; - Strict control of flows, through a clear sectorisation distinguishing patients (circuits "cold" and "chaud"), professionals and logistics. This global approach aims to create a high-performance, legible and sustainable care environment at the service of patients, professionals and the region. The project represents a programmed useful area of approximately 550 m² (SU), i.e. a programmed work area of approximately 850 m² (SDO)
