Description

Supply of fish to the 16th Military Economic Branch in Drawsko Pomorskie
1. The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the following recipients the goods described in the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and under the conditions laid down in the contract, at the following places of delivery:

2. The contracting authority orders goods with delivery from the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense and risk, ex-Consignee’s warehouse
3. Acceptance of deliveries will take place on working days at: 7.30 – 11.00 with the frequency described in the Detailed Description of the subject-matter of the Contract.
4. The contractor will deliver the goods by specialised transport by private transport or by another carrier.
5. The goods will be transported to the insured persons, at the Contractor’s expense.
6. The Contractor shall assume responsibility for defects and defects arising during the transport of the goods and shall bear all legal consequences therefrom.
7. Recipients shall order the goods at least 2 days in writing (may be fax). The order must be confirmed by the person accepting the order.
8. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Annex to the ToR.
