Description

Identification of the subject-matter of the public contract: The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting a long-term bank cash loan in the amount of PLN 6`000`000,00 (in words: six million zlotys) with a repayment period of 60 months and a grace period until 31 December 2025, intended to finance the deficit in the budget of the municipality of Pasłęk planned for 2024, subject to the following conditions: 1) repayment period – 60 months, 2) loan availability date: up to 2 days from the date of signing the contract, 3) the final date for using the loan: until 31 December 204, 4) grace period for repayment of the loan – until 31 December 2025, 5) variable interest rate on the loan, based on WIBOR 3M, plus/minus fixed margin of the lending bank, 6) for the purpose of calculating the contract value, the following should be used: a) WIBOR 3M as at 15 July 2024 b) number of days per year – 365 c) starting point of credit as at 30 October 2024. 7) repayment of the loan should take place in monthly installments of PLN 100'000,00 from January 2026 to December 2030 8) securing repayment of the loan, through a blank promissory note along with a promissory note declaration, -payment of commission for granting the loan will take place on the day of signing the contract, Additional information is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
