Festpreisvertrag! Honorar gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 2-4 und 5-8 HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Beauftragung LPH 5-8 frühestens bei Eingang der genehmigten Antrags- und Bauunterlage.
