The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 788 as amended hereafter: ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and scraping timber from tourist development, hunting and grassland farming, and seed and nurseries to be carried out in the Milicz Forest District in 2018.
