The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Lipowiec Kościelny. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: a) Collection, transport and management of waste - from owners of residential properties (collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and collection of waste collected separately – from bags/containers), including collection of bulky waste, waste textiles and clothing, used tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment in the form of mobile collection before the property;- from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Lipowiec Kościelny on a plot with registration number 835/11; b) Equipping the pharmacy point located in the Municipality of Lipowiec Kościelny with an appropriate container for expired medicines and points where waste batteries will be collected (Schools, Municipal Office) from which it will then collect and manage them in any quantity. The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver 6 containers for the separate collection of waste batteries. (c)Receipt and management of waste collected at playgrounds located in each locality. (d)Deliver (free of charge) bags for the separate collection of municipal waste to owners of residential properties.2.
