Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of spare parts and accessories for official vehicles operated by the Regional Police Headquarters in Opole, in the quantity and composition indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, which is annexed to the tender specifications.
The subject-matter of the contract will be ordered by lots, which are referred to in the contract as a ‘single order’, depending on the current needs of the contracting authority.
The size of the “one-off order” will be agreed by written notification within 3 days of receipt from the date of notification.
Acceptance of the subject-matter of the contract will be carried out successively by the contracting authority’s own transport from the point designated by the contractor, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Opola, or the contractor will deliver the lots ordered within three days of the notification sent by fax to the contractor’s number, by the contracting authority to the transport department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Opole, ul. Oleska 95, 45-232 Opole.
