Description

The subject of this call for tenders is the updating and qualification of the urban development concept for the Hafentorquartier (approximately 20 ha) in the southern part of the development area. The present integrated functional and open space planning, the advanced planning of the infrastructure as well as a concretized district-related utilisation concept form the basis. Within the scope of the contract, the existing urban development structures must be reviewed and further developed. The processing is differentiated according to subspaces with different processing depths. It also includes in-depth typological and functional considerations as well as variant studies for selected questions.
