PL-Łódź: repair and maintenance services of cars
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting of repairing and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment and of 17 vehicles suitable for the transport of disabled persons, as defined in Annex 1 to the ToR. The number of vehicles to be used to perform the contract during the duration of the contract may change ± 20 % in relation to the number of vehicles mentioned above (without changing the contract value).
2. The contractor will grant a minimum of 12 months’ warranty period (excluding the limit of kilometres) for each service provided falling within the scope of the contract, calculated each time from the date on which the vehicle was picked up after the order has been properly performed, and for the lots used to perform the contract, it will grant a guarantee granted by the manufacturer.
3. Spare parts and consumables used for repairs and periodic technical inspections are to be new and comply with the technical parameters recommended by the manufacturers of individual vehicle brands and to meet the quality standards applicable in this regard.
4. Any indication in the tender documents of trade names or brand names and company names should be understood as the standard of the subject-matter of the contract. The tender shall allow the use of any market equivalent.
5. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
