Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual terms and conditions for the performance of individual partial contracts for the provision of services in the field of robotic process automation (RPA). The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of three (3) Participants. The contracting authority will, on the basis of the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, always order performance at the time and to the extent according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the framework agreement. Services will be provided: • to assess processes suitable for automation with RPA UiPath technologies • to assess the suitability of utilization of specific UiPath products within the framework of upcoming projects • to implement, develop and change RPA solutions for automation of client's business processes with RPA UiPath technologies • to implement upgrades of UiPath products to higher versions • to support and develop existing and new integrations of automated solutions, • to support the operation of automated solutions
