L’objet du présent marché concerne les travaux de remise en état des logements vacants avant relocation en tout corps d’état. Les résidences concernées sont regroupées par antenne. Le patrimoine immobilier est réparti sur 3 antennes de proximité :  Antenne du Centre (environ 5.500 logements) ;  Antenne du Petit Nanterre (environ 1.600 logements) ;  Antenne du Parc - Mont Valérien (environ 4.000 logements). L’ensemble des résidences sont situées sur la commune de Nanterre.
