Description

1. Type of contract: Service 2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties inhabited by residents in the City of Orzesze – April 2025 • Collection and management of municipal waste directly from properties throughout the city of Orzesze inhabited by residents in the month of April 2024 (according to the Annex); • Collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste; • Collection and management of separately collected municipal waste (paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, ash); • Retrofitting of properties with containers for ash and slag from domestic furnaces and containers for bio-waste; • Retrofitting of multi-family and multi-family properties with sets of containers for waste segregation (paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste); • Retrofitting of residential single-family properties with bags for separate collection of waste (paper, glass, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste); • Equipping the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point with containers and containers for waste collection; • Collection and management of waste from the Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point • Provision of services for the Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the form of employment of employees. The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which it intends to subcontract and to provide the subcontractors' companies by the Contractor. .4.4. Entrusting a part of a contract to subcontractors does not relieve the contractor of its responsibility for the proper performance of that contract. 5. Requirements of Article 100 of the Act: the specificity of the service does not require the inclusion of accessibility requirements for disabled persons in the description of the subject of the contract, the method of waste management is regulated by statutory provisions and a resolution of the Orzesze City Council. 6. Employment of employees under an employment contract: pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract: The requirement of employment under an employment contract applies to persons who perform activities directly related to the performance of the service, i.e. collection of municipal waste (drivers and persons involved in the loading of waste), and persons supervising the implementation of the contract and directing and disposing of vehicle fleet. 7. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 131 para. 2 the law.
