Description

The subject matter of the present proceedings is the purchase of a combat vehicle for the TSO in Zagorzyn. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor: a) must meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Specifications of the Terms of Order, including the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1a SWZ; b) be new, not used of proper quality, free from any physical defects, legal defects and claims of third parties and meet all requirements under Polish law, in particular road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended), together with the implementing provisions, including quality and release for free circulation in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
