Description

The subject of these proceedings is the service for the transport of formal service of participating Saxon judicial services in the regions of Dresden, Leipzig, Zwickau, Chemnitz and Görlitz. The postal service includes, among other things, the collection of the formal service from the respective judicial services, possibly also from the branches and branch offices, the printing of an address impression on the forms of the postal delivery documents to be made available (according to the instructions of the client or the respective head of department), franking and delivery to the addressee within Germany. Service: In principle, the Contractor shall deliver the consignments to the consignee no later than the third working day (Monday to Saturday) after collection.
