1. The subject of this contract is the performance of services consisting in the export of solid and liquid municipal waste in the area of responsibility of the 17th Military Economic Branch in Koszalin:
- Part 1 Koszalin Protection Group
- Part 2 Kołobrzeg Security Group
- Part 3 Security Group Darłowo
1) Basic contract:
The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the export of solid and liquid municipal waste in the area of responsibility of the 17th Military Economic Branch in Koszalin.
2) Option:
In the event that the contract value of the basic contract for: Part No. 1 Koszalin Collateral Group, Part No. 2 Kołobrzeg Collateral Group, Part No. 3 Darłowo Collateral Group, before the end date of the contract, circumstances will arise enabling the exercise of the option right.
