Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of works relating to the creation of a spatial data base of the infrastructure for spatial information in Poznań – Part I. The contracting authority informs that the Contract is awarded in lots for which this contract is below the threshold of Article 11(1). 8 LPP, is carried out for the value established for the entire contract.
CPV – 72320000-4 – database services ‘Guarantee for 12 months’ contract.
Minimum warranty period for defects in the subject matter of the contract: 2 years. The contracting authority allows the contract to be amended in the event of a statutory change in VAT, but this does not constitute an obligation for the Contractor to bring a claim against the Contracting Authority. The subject of the contract shall also cover all the works and obligations of the Contractor listed in the draft contract.
The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract contains Annex 1 to this ToR – technical conditions. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. Variants, replacement tenders shall not be allowed. There is no provision for complementary contracts. The time limit for performance of the contract. The duration of the service – may not be longer than 6 months from the signature of the contract.
