Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract includes:
(1) providing technical support for the contracting authority’s software and equipment:
(a) Extreme Networks and PaloAlto – Lot I;
(b) VMware – Lot II;
(C) IBM – Lot III;
(D) ManageEngine – Lot IV.
(2) the provision of appropriate documents for the software referred to in points 1 a to d confirming the right of the Contracting Authority to use the technical support service for these software.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the draft contract (Annex 1 to the ToR).
