With reference to the reference number in the Official Journal of the European Union: 2017/S 147/2017 305139 and your request to participate submitted to it, the Contracting Authority will continue the procedure after analysing the requests to participate and returning it to the state of play before consulting the indicative offers, by consulting a first indicative offer for the attached call for tenders.
The management contracts of the own water and sewerage plants ended on 31 December 2017 and are currently provisionally extended on an interim basis. County Municipal Council decided not to award these contracts to third parties, but chose to re-municipalise them. It is planned to set up a joint company with a private partner with a majority shareholding in the municipality, which will then take over the management of the business. For this, the municipality praises the EU-wide negotiated procedure with upstream competition.
