In order to promote the circular economy and meet the objectives of the AGEC Act (Law No. 2020-105 of February 10, 2020 on the fight against waste and the circular economy), Mauges Communauté will launch several consultations to renew or increase its car fleet. In order to have an efficient rental or purchasing capacity throughout the year, the agglomeration has decided to use the "dynamic purchasing systems" (DAS) purchasing technique.
