Description

Es objeto del presente contrato la prestación del servicio de ayuda a domicilio, tanto el derivado del Sistema Andaluz de Atención a la Dependencia (en adelante SAD Dependencia) como de la prestación básica de los servicios sociales comunitarios (en adelante SAD Concertado), en el término municipal de Linares, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Orden de 15 de noviembre de 2007 reguladora del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, en Ordenanza número 9 Fiscal Reguladora de la Tasa por la prestación del servicio de ayuda a domicilio aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación en sesión del día 11 de noviembre de 2008 y Boletín Oficial de la Provincia núm. 297, de 27 de diciembre de 2008, y demás normas de aplicación.
