Description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a heavy rescue vehicle "rotator" – 4 units, in accordance with Annex 4 to the FTZ (which is also the measure of evidence in question). 2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered equipment being the subject of the contract be brand new, unused, intact, technically efficient, complete and ready for use, and meet the standards required by Polish law and be free from legal defects. 3. The method of transport and the packaging of the equipment must provide protection against damage. The Contractor shall be liable for damage caused by improper packaging and/or transport. 4. The delivery of each car described in Annex 4 to the FTZ must be carried out separately to the organisational units of the State Fire Service. 5. The detailed scope of services, the manner of performance of the contract and the obligations of the Contractor shall be specified in the following documents: - Annex 4 to the FTZ, i.e. Description of the Subject of the Order (abbreviated as OPZ) and - Annex 3 to the FTZ, i.e. Draft provisions of the Agreement 6. The contractor is bound by the submitted tender from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders (inclusive) to 24.01.2026, i.e. 90 days. 7. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 8. The Contracting Authority does not intend to convene a meeting of the Contractors. 9. The Ordering Party does not require a local inspection or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Ordering Party. 10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 11. The contracting authority does not intend to conclude a framework contract. 12. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of costs in the proceedings. 13. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform key tasks in person in accordance with Articles 60 and 121 of the Public Procurement Act. 14. The Ordering Party does not require or allow the possibility of submitting an offer in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the offer. 15. The Contracting Authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Art. 2 point 2 of the PPL Act. 16. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 17. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act. 18. The Employer does not require employment referred to in Art. 1-2 of the PPL Act. 19. Deadline for completion: from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Contractor will have 803 days to perform the subject of the contract, but not later than by 24.03.2028. Delivery may take place no earlier than from 02.01.2028. 20. The Ordering Party will require the provision of a performance security of 5%. Detailed rules in the procurement documents. 21.
