Description

Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Preparation of conformity assessment of investment projects and construction supervision in the execution of a site: ‘Engineering – design, implementation of construction and installation works and supervision of designers’ works for the ‘Road junction between road I-6 with Mladen Stoyanov Street and Vladaisko Uprising Street’. This public procurement is related to the implementation of engineering – design and construction of the site and constitutes a consultancy service under Article 166(1) of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and related secondary legislation, as well as the fulfilment of the obligations of a safety and health coordinator under Regulation №2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works, namely: Assessment of the conformity of the prepared investment project in accordance with Art. 142 of the Spatial Development Act; Implementation of construction supervision in accordance with Article 168 of the Spatial Development Act; Quality control of the delivered and used construction materials and products; Exercising control of the quantity and quality of the completed construction and assembly works; Monitoring and documenting all circumstances related to the construction. In order to carry out its duties, the Contractor shall submit interim progress reports to the Contracting Authority; Reporting on its activities through interim and final reports; Compliance with the obligations of a coordinator for safety and health under Ordinance №2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works.
