‘Supply of portable pressure chambers’, divided into two lots: Lot No 1 ‘Supply of a portable pressure chamber (container type)’, under TS M 96.4580.24 Lot No 2 ‘Supply of a portable, non-magnetic, two-section pressure chamber container type’, under TS M 96.4224.22 Contract(s) will be concluded with the successful tenderer(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act. Execution of the contract(s) will start after written notification by the Contracting Authority to the selected Contractor(s) that funding has been secured for the execution of the supplies and provision of a performance guarantee by the Contractor(s). If, after a period of three months from the conclusion of the contract, no financing is provided, either party may request its termination without notice. If, after a period of 10 months from the conclusion of the contract, no financing is provided, the contract shall be considered terminated.
