The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of transport and removal services for children and young people with disabilities (including persons in wheelchairs) from their place of residence to schools and specialised education institutions (‘education facilities’) and their removal from schools to their places of residence, including the provision of care during transport, in the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school years. 2. During the transport of children and young people with disabilities, only children and young people with disabilities who are transported to and from educational establishments may be transported in the vehicle, in addition to the person driving the vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the ‘driver’) and persons caring for the children being transported (hereinafter referred to as the ‘carers’).
