1.The subject of this contract is the successive supply of medicinal products for the purposes of the non-commercial research experiment ‘Randomised study comparing the effectiveness of endoscopic gastric plasticity with minimally invasive bariatric surgery or conservative treatment in patients with obesity and associated diseases’ as part of the implementation of a project financed from the State Budget by the Medical Research Agency under contract 2023/ABM/01/00093-00. 2.The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the FTZ and the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to the FTZ. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the medicinal product to one research centre located in Poland, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SPC), under the conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the SPC.
