Description

The contract shall consist of the following tasks: the educational support service for school inclusion of students with disabilities residing in the municipalities of Bastiglia, Bomporto, Nonantola and Ravarino (Social and Health Service of the Union of Sorbara Municipalities – Hub 2) attending nursery schools (state and equal) primary and secondary schools of 1 and 2 degrees, within the meaning of Articles 3, 8, 12 and 40 of Law 104/92, as amended, ‘Framework Law on Care, social integration and the rights of disabled persons’ and Legislative Decree No 66/2017 ‘Rules for the promotion of school inclusion of students with disabilities, in accordance with Article 1 (180) and (181) of Law No 107/2015’ and the existing territorial agreements.
