Renewable energy sources are renewable non-fossil energy sources, i.e. wind, solar, aerothermal, geothermal and hydrothermal energy, marine energy, watercourse energy, biomass energy, landfill gas, sewage treatment plant gas and biogas (Electricity Market Act, NN Nos 111/21, 83/23 and 17/25). In order to confirm the fulfilment of the conditions on the origin of electricity, the selected bidder will be obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority, upon delivery of electricity, a certificate on the origin of electricity in accordance with the Methodology for Determining the Origin of Electricity (NN Nos 133/14 and 127/19).
