Description

The contract will be split into optional stages (1 fixed and 4 optional stages per lot) and will comprise:
— an ‘installation maintenance services’ section per annual fee,
— a ‘works services’ section on unit prices.
Security and guarantees required: Not applicable.
Main financing and payment arrangements and/or references to texts governing them
Articles 110 to 114 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. All-inclusive and unit price, subject to annual revision. An advance of 5 % will be granted under the terms of the contract.
Arrangements for settlement of accounts: Settlement of accounts in accordance with the conditions of the CCAG-FCS. The overall payment deadline is 30 days. Financing modalities: own funds.
